Quality control for anode/cathode coating
The X-ray/beta surface density measuring device (basis weight) is a non-contact online measuring system that is mainly used for measuring surface density, detecting surface density consistency, thinning area thickness measurement (Reechi patent technology), monitoring production process capability and controlling the electrode coating process for lithium batteries in battery production.
X-ray technology is used to monitor the coating of the negative electrode (cathode) + anode substrates, while beta technology measures the coating of the positive electrode (anode).
