Conductivity measurement - Moisture measurement

Water is electrically conductive and its resistance influences the electrical conductivity of a material containing water. This fact is taken advantage of when measuring the water content. The conductivity of the material is measured via touching electrodes and thus the moisture content of the goods is determined.
