Anniversary of Employment 2024

2024 was a special year for 15 employees at Mahlo: they celebrated their service anniversaries - with an impressive 10, 25 or even 40 years with the company. To honour this occasion properly, the management invited them to a celebration with a traditional veal sausage breakfast.

‘This really is an impressive group that we have here,’ emphasised Managing Director Rainer Mestermann. ‘In total, that's 505 years of experience, loyalty and commitment at Mahlo.’ This figure emphasises how important long-standing employees are for the success of the company. ‘They are the foundation on which we can build. Their knowledge, their experience and their identification with Mahlo are priceless.’

Owner Ralph Greenwood-Mahlo and Works Council Chairman Matthias Ziegler also joined in the congratulations. The employees were honoured with a certificate and a gift. Particularly impressive: some of those honoured were already part of the Mahlo family when the youngest jubilarian was not even born.

Long-standing employees not only bring stability, but also valuable knowledge that can be passed on to the next generation. They are the bridge between tradition and innovation and ensure that values and quality standards are maintained.
