Our Long-Service Award Recipients 2025

Spending ten or 25 years with one company is already something special – looking back on 40 years of service is truly exceptional. We are therefore delighted to congratulate seven Mahlo employees on their long-standing commitment to the company this year.

Manuela Becker, Michael Boiger, Gabi Karl and Zoltan Nagy are celebrating ten years of service. Nadja Windecker and Christian Franz have been supporting Mahlo with their expertise, dedication and commitment for 25 years. A particularly remarkable anniversary is being celebrated by Johann Ipfelkofer, who can look back on 40 years with the company. During this time, he has actively witnessed and helped shape Mahlo’s transformation from a pure textile machinery manufacturer into a globally successful provider of measurement and control technology.

At the traditional celebration featuring a Bavarian white sausage breakfast, both management and the works council expressed their sincere thanks to all jubilee recipients for their loyalty and reliability. Managing Director Rainer Mestermann emphasized:

“As a company, we benefit greatly from the decades of experience and expertise of our employees. Together, they stand for stability, continuity and reliability – values that have always been at the heart of Mahlo.”
