Pakistan is currently the fourth largest cotton producer in the world and has the third largest spinning capacity in all of Asia. At Igatex, Andac and Kehry, together with the Al Ameen team, will present straightening technologies such as the Orthopac RVMC straightening machine, energy-saving concepts such as the Optipac VMC process control for stenter frames or the Qualiscan QMS quality control system. The Orthopac is a modular straightening and process control system that can accompany the entire textile finishing process. It combines the functionality of a straightening machine with that of a process control system in one compact unit. It automatically ensures thread-straight fabric before and after the drying or fixing process and optimizes the processes around the stenter frame. The Optipac VMC-15 measures and controls important process parameters such as dwell time, yarn density, residual moisture, basis weight and humidity.
