Training night at Mahlo
Take a look behind the scenes of a training company and know what the possible workplace could look like: this is exactly what the machine manufacturer Mahlo in Saal an der Donau made possible at its training night. For the first time, the company invited pupils and parents to an "open evening".
At various information stands, the current apprentices welcomed the visitors to report on their apprenticeships and working life at Mahlo. In addition, the Mahlo junior staff presented various project works. The highlight: a grabbing machine where the pupils could fish for small gifts. Of particular interest to the visitors, however, were the places where normally only the employees are allowed to go, such as the machine hall, the straightening machine and QMS construction or the apprentice workshop. At each station, Mahlo employees were ready for questions and explanations. The physical well-being was also taken care of with bratwurst sandwiches, cool drinks, coffee and cake. The conclusion of the guests was positive throughout: a successful event and an interesting way to find out about the professional future.
