Mahlo On Stage | ITME 2022

Process control, quality control and weft straightening

Mahlo at the ITME 2022

From 8 to 13 December 2022, ITME India in Mumbai will bring together tradition and trends from the textile industry as a mega event with around 1.5 million visitors. This motto could not be more fitting for Mahlo. Equipped with more than 75 years of experience in making textile productions worldwide always a bit better, the German machine builder presents its latest developments at stand B8 in hall 10.

"India is currently experiencing an economic upswing, and the textile sector is constantly developing," says Area Sales Manager Stephan Kehry. High-quality and increasingly complex goods are coming into focus. That is why producers are investing in systems that guarantee quality and safety. "You don't want to take unnecessary risks in these uncertain times when raw materials are becoming more and more precious." With its systems for weft straightening, process control and quality measurement, Mahlo therefore hits the nerve of the times.

In the field of straightening, the market leader relies on its established automatic straightening system with fixed scanning. No other system on the market detects distortions more precisely and reliably. "Even the most complicated weaves, surface structures and patterns are detected fully automatically." With the Qualiscan quality measurement system and Optipac process control, customers can produce more effectively and thus more economically. The systems thus guarantee optimal quality and efficiency throughout the entire production process.

Together with the experienced and committed team from the A.T.E. agency, Kehry and Sales Manager Thomas Höpfl will also be providing information on the topics of data management and technical textiles. The common goal of the trade fair team: to help customers save costs by improving the quality of the production process and thus increase competitiveness.
