mCast Printed Fabric| How to make straight printed fabrics

mCast weft straighteners printed fabric

Nobody wants warped prints on textiles. That's why you have to make sure that the fabric comes onto the printing table straight and without distortion. The solution: Mahlo compact weft straighteners in combination with a segment control roller and a transverse shifting device.

Printed fabrics can prove to be quite tricky. By the time you print your pattern at the end of the production process, many hours of labour, energy, chemicals, and raw materials have already gone into the fabric. If the fabric was not thread-straight at that point, the whole process was for nothing. After all, nobody wants a distorted print.

Our new mCast episode "Weft straightening in printed textiles" deals with this problem - and its solution.
